Services Provided

Stache Mobile Barber agrees to provide the following services for the Client and/or their party:

Wedding Day Photo-Ready Touch-Ups

Wedding Day Photo-Ready Touch-Ups are a separate service from full grooming. This option provides light refinements, styling, and relaxation but does not include full haircuts or beard trims. If you require full grooming services, please select from the options above.

By checking this box, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:

  • $200 per hour (charged from service start to end time).

  • Includes neck & hairline cleanup (no fades), light beard lineup (no length removal), neck shave (back only), hot towel treatment, light neck & shoulder massage, and hair styling (no hair wash).

  • Does not include full haircuts or beard trims.

  • Travel fees apply if outside the 25-mile service area.

  • The barbershop can also be set up as a vintage speakeasy-style experience, serving as a unique, photo-worthy backdrop for the groom, groomsmen, and guests. The pricing remains the same whether services are used or if it is purely for the aesthetic and atmosphere.

  • All individuals present are still subject to the same liability terms.

Number of Hours Requested

Trail Run Option

A trial run is not included with wedding packages, but if you’d like to schedule one before the big day, you have two options:

  • Standard Trial Run – We can come to your location at our normal service rates.

  • Exclusive In-Studio Trial Run – You have the option to visit us in Kirkland for a trial run at half price. This is an exclusive offer extended only to you and is not typically available to the general public.


Normally, a membership is required to book at-home grooming services, but this requirement is waived for wedding clients.

Payment Terms

$5 per mile outside a 25-mile radius of Kirkland, WA.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of (20% of the total service fee) is required to secure the booking and will be applied toward the total service fee.

The remaining balance, plus any applicable travel fees, is due no later than 7 days before the event date. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

By checking this box, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking.

  • I am responsible for the full invoice amount based on the services requested.

  • Any parking fees incurred at the service location will be added to the final invoice.

Cancelation Policy

By checking this box, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:

  • If the Client cancels the booking more then 30 days before the event, the deposit will be retained, but no further payment is required.

  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event will result in a charge of 50% of the total service fee.

  • Cancellations within 7 Days of the event will result in a charge of 100% of the total service fee.

Rescheduling Policy

By checking this box, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:

  • The Client may request to reschedule the event up to 14 days before the scheduled date, subject to the Service Provider’s availability. Rescheduling may incur an additional fee of $50.

Travel and Accomadation Policy

By checking this box, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:

  • Travel within a 25-mile radius of Kirkland, WA is included in the service fee. Additional travel fees of $5 per mile will apply for locations beyond this range.

  • If overnight accommodations are required due to the event location, the Client is responsible for covering these expenses.

Client Responsibilities

By checking this box, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the venue/location for the Service Provider, including any necessary permits, parking, or site fees.

  • The Client agrees to provide a clean, safe, and accessible workspace for the mobile barber setup.

  • The Client will ensure all members of the party are punctual to avoid delays.

Liability

By checking this box, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:

  • The Service Provider is not liable for any allergic reactions or other issues caused by the grooming products or services unless arising from gross negligence.

  • It is the Client’s responsibility to inform the Service Provider of any known allergies or sensitivities in advance.

  • The Service Provider will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries that occur inside or outside the mobile barbershop, or at any other service location such as a hotel, Airbnb, or event venue.

  • While Stache Mobile Barber always provides a safe, professional environment, accidents can happen—especially during high-energy events where excitement, intoxication, or playful behavior may be involved. Any such incidents are the sole responsibility of the individuals involved.

Speak-Easy Disclaimer

Stache Mobile Barber operates as a speakeasy-style mobile barbershop, embodying an exclusive and unique grooming experience.


By checking this box, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:

  • While the environment encourages a relaxed and private atmosphere, the Service Provider does not accept responsibility for any illegal activities or behaviors chosen by the Client or their party while on or near the premises.

  • Any such actions are strictly the responsibility of the individuals involved.

  • Additionally, Stache Mobile Barber values discretion and privacy. What happens in the barbershop stays in the barbershop, ensuring the utmost confidentiality for all clients.

Force Majeure

By checking this box, I confirm that I understand and agree to the following:

  • The Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

  • This includes but is not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other emergencies.

Agreement of Terms

By signing below, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
